2. Digital Products & UID Delivery Services

All products offered on DOBBEX HEX are 100% digital goods and virtual game currency (such as Garena Free Fire Diamonds, Weekly Memberships, and VIP Packs).

Deliveries are dispatched directly to the game server using the Player UID provided by the customer.
No physical items, parcels, or plastic cards are shipped or delivered.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the entered Player UID, server region, and quantity are 100% accurate before finalizing checkout.

3. Payment Processing & Gateways

Payments are securely processed via certified, 256-bit encrypted gateways including Dialog GenieBiz (Visa / MasterCard).

Once payment authorization is confirmed by the payment gateway and the order status is updated to Completed, the transaction is finalized. DOBBEX HEX is not liable for transactions made with unauthorized cards or payment errors arising from customer negligence.

4. Delivery & Proof of Fulfillment (POD)

DOBBEX HEX maintains strict, automated Proof of Delivery (POD) logs for every transaction:

Server response codes and unique third-party API transaction IDs.
Timestamped delivery verification, player nickname confirmation, and account balance logs.
Once POD is verified, delivery is deemed 100% fulfilled and irreversible.

5. Customer Responsibility & UID Verification

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the correct Player UID is submitted. Our portal provides an interactive UID Verification tool to verify player nicknames before ordering.

Important Notice: If a customer provides an incorrect, outdated, or third-party UID and diamonds are successfully credited by the game server to that account, DOBBEX HEX cannot retrieve, cancel, or re-issue the items.

6. Strict No-Refund & Digital Finality Policy

Strict No-Refund Rule (100% Finality)

Because all items are intangible digital goods instantly credited to gaming accounts, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Under no circumstances will refunds, reversals, or cancellations be granted once an order is processed.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Customer mistake (wrong item selected, wrong UID entered, buyer regret).
In-game bans or disciplinary action taken by game developers against your account.
Unauthorized use of payment credentials by family members or third parties without account owner consent.

7. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Policy

DOBBEX HEX maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent chargeback claims. For every completed order, our system captures:

Customer IP address, checkout timestamps, and Google Auth account details.
Payment gateway authorization tokens and SMS OTP confirmation records.
Server-side API Proof of Delivery (POD) confirmations.

In the event of an unjustified chargeback or dispute, all forensic logs will be submitted to the issuing bank to invalidate the claim. Furthermore, accounts associated with fraud will be blacklisted permanently across the DOBBEX HEX network.
